New years resolutions... sort of.

I've decided the time has come to apologise for my lack of decent blogging recently. In excuseable, but solvable, I feel.

So in the spirit of new years resolutions, here are the things I need to do over the next 6 weeks. Please feel free to nag/ point out bitsI need to do!

Blog often, and spend some time thinking, rather than reacting.

Update my links to the blogs I read and websites I use.. Sarah if you're there, I may borrow for this bit!

Get some piccies up.

Get stuff in place to make sure Soul Survivor (week B if any of you lot are going) is a fabby and memorable experience for all 24 of the young people and all 6 of the leaders!

Get summer craft and music workshops out of the way

Re-locate the floor of my office. (It's a living parable, I tell you. The parable of the lost floor. One of the 'lost' parables that never made the final edit)

Get stuff for new youth group ready to run.

Do all the admin/ programme planning/ update records that needs to be done

And make sure NEW YOUTH COFFEE SHOP OUTREACH PROJECT (I'm excited about that one, can you tell!) a) has snappier title and b) is a rip roaring success that blesses the local comminuty and the Churches. No pressure!

It never ceases to amaze me HOW busy holidays are. Mentally, I'm preparing to wind down, like all the schools are and the the yps are, but the youth work and the washing up, never ever seem to get to a place where they are 'finished.'

Which reminds me of my last 'to do,' over the summer.

GO ON HOLIDAY AND RELAX!!!

Two weeks of camping in Cornwall in our new tent of cathedral like propotions. (Bishop not included). Me and my hubby alone for two whole weeks, bliss!

Beyond Belief

Do you find that your bad breath causes a problem when trying to tell the heathen the good news?

Fret no more, my friends - I have the solution. Now you can witness simply by having minty fresh breath.

My other favourites - new testamints, for their returns policy if nothing else!
